For the safety and convenience of other beach users there are restrictions for allowing dogs on the beach. Shire Rangers do patrol the beach areas and will enforce fines if you break the law. The Shire Council also provides doggy dumpage disposal units and encourages dog owners to remove their doggy poo and dispose of it in special bins conveniently placed at all car parks along the beach.
